Preparing for the Tour de France
Yorkshire’s roads were put to the test in July when the Tour de France Grand Départ 2014 travelled through the county.
This brought great news for J C Trees who were awarded the contract to clear 100+ miles of North Yorkshire’s roads of overgrown vegetation, dead trees and self seeded saplings to ensure the safety of the cyclists, support teams and spectators. ‘This is a great opportunity for us to showcase our professionalism and skill; working on this prestigious scheme, ensuring that our county’s roads are ready for this high profile event.’
J C Trees gain ARB Approved Contractor status
During the autumn of 2013 we put ourselves through the rigorous assessment process to gain accreditation from the Arboricultural Association. ‘Ensuring that J C Trees met the high standards was a beneficial process for us and we are immensely proud to have achieved approved contractor status.
We have now joined TrustMark
